About Us

We are a support network of over 400 families who have completed or are in the process of completing an adoption through FANA. FANA (the Spanish acronym for the Foundation for the Assistance of Abandoned Children), a private orphanage located in Bogotá, Colombia. We provide adoption and educational services to families who have completed or are in the process of adoption. In addition, we promote a social and cultural connection for families from Western New York, Ontario, and Pennsylvania to foster our children’s appreciation and understanding of Colombia. Our all-volunteer, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization raises funds for FANA in Bogotá and supports local children’s charities in Western New York.
